Acceptance of terms
By using PeerZu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Who can use PeerZu
Students with a school email at a live campus, and registered student clubs. A student ID check is required before your first paid job.
Payments and fees
The poster pays when posting a job. We hold the money and release it to the worker when the poster approves the work. PeerZu charges a 7% service fee to the poster and 7% to the worker when a job is paid. Instant payout, when chosen, costs an additional 3%. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellations and disputes
A poster can cancel before an applicant is accepted for a full refund. After that, either side can open a dispute and our team will review it.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account secure, post honest jobs and applications, and treat other students with respect. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Prohibited use
No unlawful activity, no academic dishonesty (like completing graded work for someone else), and no harassment. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
